The cost is starting from RM120 including service charge. The cost for online renewal is slightly vary here because we offer fast renewal service and you will get the documents in softcopy(pdf files). We offer a guarantee to retrieve or re-print your SSM certificate copy without any charge and without any limit after you succeeded to renew your SSM here. If you do it elsewhere usually you need to pay the cost of re-print every time you need it.

In this case your business has been terminated by SSM due to it has been expired for more than a year. You can re-register your business over the SSM counter and pay the late compound. We will not refund Urgent Fee RM20 for order that are unable to be renewed.

No.You are required to pay the compound while renewing your SSM. Please note that 1-30 days late renewal compound is RM20 and RM10 for the subsequent month. Your business should be not exceeding 12 months late renewal, otherwise it will be automatically terminated by SSM.

The new certificate will continue from the date of expiration. You can avoid late renewal compound if you renew earlier.

If your renewal application is unsuccessful, a refund will be processed accordingly. All approved refunds are subject to a RM5 administrative fee to cover processing and payment gateway charges. For urgent orders, the urgent processing fee is strictly non-refundable once the expedited process has been initiated. However, in cases where the failure is due to system error or fault on our side, a full refund may be considered. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of complete bank details. Please refer to the Refunds Policy.
