We understand that circumstances may arise where you may request a refund. Refunds may be eligible under the following conditions: -You have been overcharged due to a technical error or billing mistake. -You request a refund for overpayment (eg: branch/late renewal)
We will promptly reach out to the customer using the contact details provided during the transaction (email/Whatsapp)
The customer must provide the required account details within 6 months from our initial contact attempt.
If the customer does not respond or fails to provide the necessary account details within the specified 6-month timeframe, the refund request will be considered closed.
After the 6-month deadline passes without the required account information provided, the refund amount will no longer be available for reimbursement.
-All approved refunds are subject to a RM5 administrative fee, regardless of business entity type (including Enterprise, Sdn. Bhd., PLT, and similar entities). This fee covers payment gateway charges and administrative processing costs. -For urgent orders, the urgent processing fee is non-refundable once the expedited processing has been initiated. -However, if the failure is due to system error or fault on our part, a full refund (including the administrative fee and any urgent processing fee paid) may be provided.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that accurate and complete account information is provided promptly to facilitate timely refunds.
-All services on this website do not allow order cancellations and refunds, unless your order is rejected by the relevant department.-Urgent Fee RM20 are non-refundable. -Any losses resulting from your mistake in submitting incorrect information are not eligible for a refunds.
