Welcome to EzBiz Services Portal. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.
1. Nature of Service
Ezbiz Services Portal is a third-party service provider assisting customers with:
• SSM Business (Enterprise) renewal
• Certified True Copy (CTC) applications
• General SSM-related documentation services
We are not an agent, representative, or affiliate of Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
2. Pricing & Fees Transparency
All fees will be shown before payment is made, including:
• SSM Renewal Fee
• Late Renewal Penalty
• Branch Fee
• Urgent Processing Fee
• Service/Processing Charge
• CTC Fee
By completing any payment, the Customer confirms and agrees to all displayed fees.
3. Customer Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for ensuring:
• All details submitted (business number, name, contact info) are correct
• All fees shown have been reviewed before submitting payment
• Information provided is accurate to avoid delay or rejection
4. Eligibility for Online Renewal
Online renewal through this website is applicable only for Business/Enterprise under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956.
We do not provide renewal for:
• Sdn. Bhd. (Sendirian Berhad)
• Bhd. (Berhad)
• PLT (Limited Liability Partnership)
5. Processing Time
Processing time may vary depending on:
• SSM system availability
• Accuracy of Customer information
• Working hours, weekends, and public holidays
Urgent Processing (1–3 hours) refers to our internal processing speed. Delays on SSM’s side are beyond our control.
6. Insufficient Payment & Additional Charges
If the Customer makes an incomplete payment, including:
• Missing or Insufficient late penalty
• Missing or Insufficient branch fee
• Missing service charge
A notification will be issued. Processing will resume only after all outstanding payments are settled.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are allowed only if:
• The renewal cannot be processed (SSM rejection or technical ineligibility), or
• The Customer mistakenly submitted a Sdn. Bhd., Bhd., or PLT renewal request
Refunds will be credited within 7 working days after full and accurate bank details are provided.
7.2 Refund Claim Process (6-Month Rule):
Initial Contact:
We will contact the Customer via email or WhatsApp using the details provided during payment.
Response Deadline:
The Customer must provide the required bank account details within 6 months from our first contact attempt.
Non-Response:
If the Customer fails to respond or does not provide complete information within the 6-month timeframe, the refund request will be closed.
Refund Expiration:
After the 6-month period ends, the refund amount will no longer be claimable and will be considered forfeited.
7.3 Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided for:
• Change of mind after payment
• Claims of “not aware of service charge”
• Renewal already in progress or completed
• Urgent processing fee (RM20), once expedited processing has been initiated
• Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the Customer
All approved refunds are subject to a RM5 administrative fee, which covers payment gateway charges and administrative processing costs.
However, if the failure is due to system error or fault on our part, a full refund (including the administrative fee and any urgent processing fee paid) may be provided.
7.4 Consumer Protection Act Compliance
All pricing is clearly displayed before any payment is made.
By submitting payment, the Customer gives explicit consent to:
• The pricing structure
• Service charges
• Processing fees
This fulfills transparency compliance under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA).
8. No Guarantee of Approval
All approval decisions are made solely by SSM. We are not responsible for rejection caused by:
• Expiry exceeding 12 months
• Administrative action by SSM
• SSM internal restrictions or policy updates
9. Limitation of Liability
Ezbiz Services Portal shall not be liable for:
• SSM system downtime or delays
• Incorrect information submitted by Customer
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Any losses from delays involving SSM processing
10. Cookies

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by EzBiz Services Portal unless stated otherwise.Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, or distributing content without written permission.
